I didn't travel much as a child, because we were po' folks.   I spent weekends and summers working at my parents grocery store, so travelling was a luxury we couldn't afford.   But I love to travel now with my husband and family!  All my trips are family trips, but I tell them mommy needs 2 hours to take photos everyday on vacation! Nothing fills my creative cup more than new sights, sounds and culture. I  feel very blessed   I've had the pleasure to visit Iceland, Cuba, Costa Rica, Ixtapa, Quebec more recently.  I would love a chance to go back to Japan, China and England.  I also feel we are incredibly fortunate to live in Alberta and near BC where so much natural splendour is just a road trip away!
